Versa 2 is frozen on Logo screen.  Tried to force restart.  It turns off then comes back to the logo screen.

Tried unpairing and repairing with app but the app does not recognize the Versa 2

Hi there @stlakes, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is stuck on Fitbit Logo, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. Thanks for already trying to solve the issue, I'll be glad to continue to help you.

As per the Fitbit logo on the watch's screen, It seems that your Versa 2 is asking you to pair it again, so I'd suggest doing the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
