My husband’s versa just went off yesterday he thought the battery was dead put it on the charger all night got up this morning and still a black screen. I did the reset where you hold all three buttons and the Fitbit logo comes on but nothing after that. Any thoughts on how to fix it?

While reading your post I was wondering if your husband's Versa vibrates when you connect it to the charger? If it doesn't, please try the recommendations below:
If the above steps don't work, I'd suggest performing a restart by following the steps below:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
