Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi there - I’ve had my Fitbit versa2 for about 4 months. The screen was black and wasn’t working properly, so I hard restart it per recommendation in this forum, but now it’s stuck on the Fitbit logo screen and won’t fully reboot. I’ve tried hard rebooting again to the same outcome. Help please!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa 2. Please try putting it back on the charger and leaving it there for 30 or so minutes, then try giving it another restart. If that doesn't do the trick, then the next step will be to engage customer service. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the suggestion! Sadly to no avail, it didn't work. Still have the FitBit logo on screen without any other activity.
