Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

I tried to update my versa 2 a couple of days ago but it seemed to crash mid-update. I've tried to follow the reset guidance as seen on other posts on the community but it won't even do that. I've let the watch run out of battery twice now and recharge in the hope it would naturally resolve but it is still just frozen on the logo screen. Really frustrating and disappointing given the versa is less than a year old.

Hi there @SallyMay, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how frustrating this can be.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hi,

Thanks but I have tried this and the fitbit is still just jammed on the fitbit logo screen. It still won't reboot either. Is there a chat function to be able to speak to support?
