Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

The Fitbit logo is continuously flashing on the Versa 2 I got less than a year ago. I've tried the soft restart (holding the button until the watch vibrates) but nothing. It continues to flash and then dies within an hour or so.

Hi there, @LeaJolan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've performed so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

Thank you for your quick response. I've unpaired the device from the app and attempted to follow the instructions to add the Versa 2 back through the app but not my Bluetooth can't find the Versa 2 now (yes, it is on the charger). It's not being discovered in Bluetooth search, presumably, because the watch is stuck on the flashing logo. I've already tried a soft restart by pressing and holding the side button and that does not work.
