Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa 2 is stuck on the Fitbit Logo.

I have tried holding down for 2 seconds, 10 seconds, and 40 seconds.

I purchased a new charger to make sure it was charging correctly.

It just keeps showing the Fitbit logo and nothing else.

I can no longer see it on my app.  It says it cannot find it.

Any idea what to do?

Hi there, @Eamon202. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes.
