Hello...my versa 2 is not working since 2 weeks now..my exam was going on so i couldn't do much about the matter...my versa 2's screen is only flashing the logo of Fitbit and nothing else is happening... please help me..

I've tried that but I can't see the Bluetooth of versa 2 when setting up the device...and the watch is not restarting...just the fitbit logo flashing up
