Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

I just installed updates and now my beloved watch is stuck on the blue dots logo screen. I have turned it off and on many many many times. Have Uninstalled and re installed the app and it won't even connect to my phone to change the clock screen. I may cry.  Help.

Hi @Schnitzer - have a look at posts such as "stuck on logo"

 

Something like this may work

 

 

  • Remove your Device from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth on the phone and any other nearby phones and Fitbit devices
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after a couple of minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" like in the initial setup
  • If this doesn't work, restart the watch by pressing the button a couple of seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and after a minute try again.
