Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo screen

3 months ago bought versa 2 from costco it was working fine from last couple of days it was stuck with fitbit logo tried  everything  but nothing happened.

Hi @Buddy75, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it' stuck on the Fitbit logo. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

In the meantime, try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, check out if it doesn't stay stuck on the Fitbit logo.
