Versa dropping steps

I have had a constant issue this week with my versa counting the steps on my fitbit, as soon as a sync it my steps drop/delete. For example: I had 1700 steps when I left my house this morning, I went for a 3 mile run got home I had 7509, I synced and as soon as I did my fitbit went back to 1700! I have contacted fitbit customer support on multiple occasions and they seem unwilling to help....anyone have any ideas??

I posted about this same thing yesterday, and today I can’t respond to my original post, but have started the day the same way. 1000 steps forward and 500 back.

I am facing the same issues too.. I tried to restart...doesnt work.

Now I have turn off my bluetooth...the steps remain but my health apps which is checking fitbit steps didnt update the steps correctly..

I have checked my apps it is updated to the latest patch.. are there issues with the watch?

Please advise thanks
