My versa 2 is stuck on the Fitbit logo i tried everything and nothing is working I have an LG Mobile phone and sometimes it wont even sync to the watck.. What do I do please help it's 5 days that it's been stuck like this

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please send me a picture of what your Versa 2 is displaying? If you haven't already done so and in the meantime I receive your answer, please restart your device.

My versa is doing the same thing. I cannot get off of the logo screen. Swiping and pushing buttons does nothing. I just got it today, very frustrated.

I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To move forward with the issue you're currently experiencing, can you please send me a picture of what your Versa 2 is displaying? I'll be waiting for your reply, thanks for restarting your device before bringing this to my attention.

Hey! So how to actually fix this?

 

It seems that my versa 2 has been struggling with the heat. For the last few days it has going into the pin page and randomly pressing a digit. I it wouldn’t let me unlock it with my pin. So much so that it ended up blocking itself (a reset seemed to solve it).

And today it complete shut itself down and now it’s stuck on the logo page. And I’m not able to do a reset anymore. 

Any suggestions?
