My versa 2 is stuck on the purple source output screen. Has anyone else been able to resolve this issue?

Can you restart it with the button, press and hold the button for upto to 8 seconds and see if it clears it.
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.

I had the same problem, and from the number of posts in the Community it is not unique. The side button wouldn't do anything. I read all the posts, tried all of the suggested fixes - including poking a paperclip into a small hole on the back of the watch (ostensibly to reset it) and nothing worked. When I contacted Support they told me to press several buttons that don't exist on the Versa 2, and when I pointed that out they said they couldn't help and offered a 35% discount on a new watch. The Versa 2 was totally unresponsive, other than showing the Source screen when tapped. As a last resort before putting it in the landfill I let the battery run out completely for a few days. When I recharged it the functions were restored and it is still working after a week, so fingers crossed.

really? what a shame!
Im from Brazil... bought it when I was in the US and dont have plans to go back there again soon... so, Fitbit Support, you just cant do anything in this case?
