Versa 2 stuck on reboot loop

My versa 2 is stuck in boot loop.  I tried all of the suggestions listed and it still will not turn on. It did not get wet or overheated.

Hello, I contacted Customer Support earlier this morning and it was listed as "pending"..? But now does not show up on the website that I am able to see.
