My fitbit Versa 2 is stuck on sleep mode. I did a factory reset but it wouldn't even do that. It didn't reset to factory settings. It also says "not enough power" when charging. I'm so fed up... never buying a fitbit again. Competitors will definitely get my money now- this device has been nothing but a headache since I bought it

I am also experiencing problems since I tried using sleep mode. Even though I put it off it continues to show in sleep mode and then it switches to my Bitmoji face clock. It goes back and forth. Whenever it detects lotion it shows the sleep mode first, then the bitmoji face clock. I don't know what to do so that it only shows the face clock.

Hi, my Versa 2 is stuck in Sleep mode today. I have Shut it down twice and that didn’t help, I can go to settings but everything is dimmed and when you push on sleep mode NOTHING happens. The only things bright and able to switch are the About, Screen Time Out, Vibrations , Left Button, Alexa. The rest are dimmed out

I'm having the same problem today. Were you able to get it out and if so how did you do it?

My Versa 2 also gets stuck on Sleep Mode On daily unless I switch it off manually everyday morning. I have provided my Sleep mode on timer between 11pm and 7pm. I never faced any issues earlier. This is a very recent phenomenon.. I changed my clock face too. But I haven't found any recourse yet.

In the home screen scroll down to notifications, then scroll down again select snd the option to the right (looks like a bold = sign) and you will be able to disable sleep mode. It worked for me !
