@Pippa72, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa 2 screen since it won't swipe. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen swipes properly.

Best AnswerI also have the same problem. Swiping doesn't work in any direction. Have been to the support page and followed instructions there for restarting the watch, they don't work. I don't think they have an answer for this. Unfortunately I don't think anyone has. So now I just use it as a regular watch, at least that function still works.
