Versa 2 swipe not working

Hi please help I got my versa 2 not long ago and swipe screen not working I've tried restarting and nothing happening

@Pippa72, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa 2 screen since it won't swipe. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen swipes properly.

Tried as you suggested it still doesn't work I really can't see the point
of buying these expensive things if they only show me the time .what should
I do now

Hello I tried changing to fit bit clock face still doesn't work so what's best to do know

me too I am on my second fitbit versa neither will open by swipe or touch of any kind

I also have the same problem. Swiping doesn't work in any  direction. Have been to the support page and followed instructions there for restarting the watch, they don't work. I  don't think they have an answer for this. Unfortunately I don't think anyone has. So now I just use it  as a regular watch, at least that function still works.

Mine was still under guarantee so fit bit sent me a new one hopefully this
ones ok.just email fit bit I'm sure they will sort something for you
