After doing a factory reset the fitbit versa is not turning on.
I tried the following:
1) 3 button press method but still facing the same issue.
2) tried charging for an hour but the display is not turning on.
Please help.

Please let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. This info will help me to assist you accordingly.

@JuanJoFitbit: Thanks for the response. The watch does not vibrate when put on charger. I have tried to charge for 2-3 hours but even then there was no response. I also checked the charger with my friends fitbit and it was charging properly. Please advise on how to proceed further. Looking forward for your response
