Versa 2 switch from Charge 3 data lost

Hello! Can someone point me in the right direction? I just connected my new Versa 2 to my phone.  Without backing up my Charge 3 info.  So my app records are gone and I'm starting from 0. How might I integrate my old info back into the app?

All you have to do is use the same fitbit account/email.  Your data is all stored back on the Fitbit database under your account ID/email at every sync.  Just log into that same account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
