Hi.
I have been using versa 2 for over two years without any problems. In recent days, I have been regularly checking my activity and sleep in the app. About three days ago in the evening, I noticed that the device's charge was displayed incorrectly in the app, and after reconnecting, I got the error ‘can't sync’.
And this problem is definitely on your side.
I've seen similar messages lately on the forum, in the comments of Google Play and Reddit. No need to write about restarting the device or reconnecting - it's all been done. I also tried to connect to an iPhone, but the problem didn't go away. Sometimes I go through the stage with the code for connecting a new device with an error, but the hours are still added. Despite the ‘can't sync’ error, the step data is synced, I can switch the clockface view from the app, but there is something strange with the calories, like 1000 burned with 40 steps.
The battery is fine, lasts 3-5 days with AOD. Please fix it. Given the disabling of functionality, blocking of development functions, and now the completely broken basic functions of the watch, you have almost lost my trust.

28.01 The problem resolved itself. Instead of the normal words ‘we are aware of the problem and are already solving it’, support wrote all sorts of nonsense about reconnecting. Also, for a while, I had a google wallet in the app on my phone.
After the restart, it disappeared. So, did Google simply disable card payments from watches in my country or did it ban them altogether?
Thanks for fixing the sync problem after 7 days.
But I hate situations like this when they roll back useful features for which I paid money (payment, offline music, AOD, documentation).
