Versa 2 syncing and screen issues

I've only been wearing my Versa 2 watch for six weeks. it has stopped

syncing and The logo is on the screen but it won't swipe. I've tried holding in the button for 20+ seconds and this just causes the logo to disappear and reappear and that’s it

Hi @L3480, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing and screen issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.

Hi I’ve done the reset and know the logo just flashing on and off no
vibration

 

Also versa seems to work on charge but as soon as I put it on my wrist it just shows blue logo
