Versa 2 syncing - but not in challenges

My Versa 2 is syncing as it always has, but recently it isn't syncing all my steps to show in my challenges. Eg I walk 15,000-20,000 steps a day, but only a few if any steps occur in my challenges.

 

I hope anyone can help:-)

To try to resolve the issue, please set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  • Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in gray, and tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you track a GPS activity using your phone and the Fitbit app (called a MobileRun) during a challenge, please be sure to bring your Versa 2 along; as long as you have your watch with you, those steps will count towards your challenge totals.
