I got a Versa 2 for Christmas last year. When I initially set it up it seemed fine. However, anytime I’ve tried to sync it to my phone after using it it takes up to half an hour, sometimes longer. Often I’ve had to completely remove the device from my account, then re-add it to get it to work. I’ve tried turning the Versa off and on, my phone off and on, updating both, etc. Nothing has worked. It’s like having any sort of data on it completely bogs it down. Additionally, I’ve never been able to use most of the features (like the music) because of this issue. Any suggestions? I used to use an iPhone 6s and now I use the iPhone SE and still have the same problem.

Hello @kacieshoe, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
