I have a Versa 2 and have gone through the instructions to put the music on my fitbit numerous times.
I have moved my music off of my phone and onto my laptop.
I have downloaded the fitbit desktop program (or whatever it's called) onto my laptop.
When I click on the music app on my fitbit it says to "Connect phone - Pair your phone in your settings app, under bluetooth"
My phone and my fitbit ARE paired - otherwise I wouldn't be able to see my daily stats on my phone?
What am I missing?
PS - why in the world do you have to do this from a computer and not your phone. I am unable to add anything on my work computer (where my music was originally stored) because I don't have administrative rights here.

Why the computer and not the phone? As fitbit users, we don't have an answer.
To transfer music you will need to use the fitbit connect software and not the win 10 app.

I don't want to listen to podcasts, just MY mp3s that I have on a SIM card in my phone.

@ChristyDoodle once you get the music into a PC you will be BLE to transfer it to the Versa.
For now i suggest adding your vote.

Hello @ChristyDoodle are you using the Fitbit connect?
Is the Versa 2 plugged in so that it may connect to WiFi. Is the laptop connected to the same network that the Versa 2 is connected to?
Do you receive any error messages?
Does the music download start then fail?
