Versa 2 syncs but the screen blank

Versa 2 is still charging & syncing. But screen went blank a few days ago.

The watch suddenly started vibrating and the screen said “times up” then went dead? Any ideas? I can’t install the update because it requires the screen to be on. Thanks

Can you try changing the watch face?

The same thing happend to me to and this was a replacement. I called them and they wont send me another one i have to buy a new one because its not under warranty. If your versa is under warranty call them they will send you a new replacement for free but not the straps. just the face.

Any idea what version of firmware is on the watch? It should be visible on the device screen. Tap your profile picture, then the device, then it should be at the top of the screen. The current version is 72.1.23.

 

One last ditch thing to try is let the battery run dead, then recharge. If that doesn’t work it is a good chance it is a goner. Sorry mate.

Thanks, I’ll try & let the battery run dead and cross my fingers. The version is showing 72.1.19 on my app and I can’t update. Really appreciate your feedback though! Thankyou:)
