Versa 2 system failure

My versa 2 is about 2 years old has been undergoing a multitude of problems and is now no longer useable.

1) the battery doesnt not last longer than a couple hours even after i have fully charged it and rebooted it.

2) the versa screen does not turn on or syncs to my phone even when it has a charge despite rebooting it. If i do get a screen it is all blue and full of pixels 

3) the versa touch screen no longer responds to touch or pressing the button. It doesn't even vibrate anymore!

Please help.

I have tried resetting it to factory settings and rebooting it.
