Versa 2 text messages notifications

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to get my versa2 to vibrate but not automatically show the message on my watch. I have the screen set to manual wake up, but it still shows the messages on the screen.

Hi @Healey20  - that combination is not possible.

You can get no vibrate and no message but not  vibrate and no message display.

I don’t get any text message notifications, just calendar and phone notifications. I’ve gone through every single thing I’ve seen so far and even contacted tech support. They said a new version of the app is coming in the next 1-2 weeks that “addresses the issue” but I felt like that was a bogus answer since they had me try so many different things. Anyone found anything on this yet??

I have not been able to receive any notifications like my emails or text messages for over 3 weeks now. Please help

I have the same problem! What are the things you've tried? I can't get a hold of chat...

Every time you try the chat line it goes to a page saying that it’s no longer available but I was lucky enough to get through once yesterday. Anyway, everything they had available to try I tried. Honestly there’s too much to mention but it should not be that hard to get this one feature to work. I was told there is an update coming to the application in a week or so that’s supposed to fix the issue because it’s a known problem but I don’t have any faith that’s going to happen.
