From another message thread on here, the watch face isn't yet active for US customers. It will be active in a week or 2. If you look at the Fitbit blog that talks about the new SPo2 features, there is mention of a rolling release and that it isn't available everywhere yet. When the watch face is on the Fitbit clocks list in the app, then it will work. I don't see it listed yet. Give it a week or two. Thanks for your patience.
Best AnswerIn UK, had it installed since it was available so about a week. Now seems to be giving results quickly and reliably everyday so possibly a server issue that is resolved.

Hi @mcduffiechris You might try giving your device a restart and see if you get better results after another nights sleep.
