Hi @Ingineru
From another message thread on here, the watch face isn't yet active for US customers. It will be active in a week or 2. If you look at the Fitbit blog that talks about the new SPo2 features, there is mention of a rolling release and that it isn't available everywhere yet. When the watch face is on the Fitbit clocks list in the app, then it will work. I don't see it listed yet. Give it a week or two. Thanks for your patience.

I am in Europe, the watch face is installed, it does not display SpO2 data.

I'm in Canada. It worked twice this week but today stopped working.

I'm in Europe too. I've installed it two day ago, but every morning, after sleep, it shows only dashed lines. I need to reboot the watch to get the updated results.

In UK, had it installed since it was available so about a week. Now seems to be giving results quickly and reliably everyday so possibly a server issue that is resolved.

The SpO2 on my Fitbit finally recorded a reading today, three days after I uploaded it.

Hi @mcduffiechris You might try giving your device a restart and see if you get better results after another nights sleep.
