Versa 2 touch screen doesn’t work

I have reset and  uninstalled my Fitbit. But O still can not use the touch screen. Is there something else I can try. My watch is only a few months old

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a replacement, if necessary.
