Hi!
Yesterday, my fitbit was working fine.
when i woke up, i was unable to swipe my Versa 2.
I did everything. Restart, charge it.. delete apps etc. SCREEN Still not working.
I bought it 1 and half year ago… Fitbit, Fix it please or send me a new one !!!

Hi there, @Onurb91. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Onurb91 You will need to contact Fitbit Support . They are the only ones who can deal with warranty claims.
