Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

Hello 

 

My versa 2 wouldn't respond to my touch refusing to open apps or switch screens. Tried resetting. Same thing. Did a factory reset(waited more then 8 seconds, it never vibrated) worked for a bit. When I woke up it was doing the same thing. Did several factory resets (waited more then 8 seconds, it never vibrated) they all did most of the load but at the very end said it failed and my data was not cleared. Please try again. Sometimes the screen will let me click ok sometimes not. Currently it did let me click ok and it seems ok but it was the same thing last night. And I just noticed my battery is down to 54% but I wonder if that's from multiple factory resets.
