My Versa 2 touch screen doesn't seem to be working during exercise. It starts okay but it will not pause to get to stop and end. I performed a factory reset and restarted it. Same problem. Any help out there?

The sweat on the fingers during a workout could cause difficulties to navigate your Fitbit watch.
