Versa 2 touch screen stopped working

Can anyone please suggest what to do? Versa 2 screen has stopped responding to touch. Cant switch alarms off via the tick in bottom right of screen. Setting alarms a nightmare and wont scroll down to show me notifications either! Ive tried the restarts more times than I care to recall. No difference!!

Hello @SunsetRunner 

I’m wondering if changing the clock face might help. You can do that through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Doing so sometimes helps with scree issues. Hopefully that will be the case with yours as well.

Thank you for reply, Id already tried that a few times. I dont use anything but fitbit clock anyway, Ive chatted to fitbit tonight and a replacement is on its way. Bit disappointed as its just over 1 years old! But hopefully replacement will work as it should. I hope so
