Versa 2 - touch screen unresponsive

Hi,

I have a Versa 2 that I bought early December last year. For the last month I have not been able to use the touch screen on my Versa. It also does not always respond to wrist movement to illuminate the screen, therefore I sometimes have to press the side button to make it turn on so I can see the time.

It sync's well and I have all my data - steps, heart, sleep, etc. Just no access to any of the apps or sometimes even the basic time function while wearing it.  Help!!!!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks! Have tried this multiple multiple times and still no touch screen
