Versa 2 touch screen won't work

I can pull down for notifications but other than that my touch screen doesn't work. I can swipe through screens, accept or decline calls, touch or swipe notifications, etc.

Hi there, @Nikki_S83. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the touch screen of your Versa 2 is not working properly. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

As a first approach, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
