My Versa 2 has suddenly stopped responding to my touches. The left part of the panel seems to be working but the right side is completely un-responsive making it very hard to stop an activity which is taking place. I have also seen posts created by other users

I have already tried the following
- Resetting the watch by holding onto the left hand button for 10 secs
- Changing the Clock Face
None of this seems to work. Please help
