Versa 2 touchscreen issues

I received my FitBit Versa 2 on January 23.  3 months later, I've had to do a factory reset 3 times.  This time it is because the touch screen isn't working.  I didn't install any app, made no changes, just stopped working.  I can only turn the screen on and off with the button on the side.

 

Once I do the reset, I have to wait 2-3 hours for the firmware to update.  This cannot be normal.  This is my 4th FitBit and I am very disappointed.  Anyone else have issues averaging once/month with their NEW FitBit?

Regarding the touchscreen issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
