I bought a versa 2 for myself and another for my wife in February but the touch screen on mine has stopped working. After browsing the forum a bit I have completed the restarts, factory reset, changed to a fitbit clock face and while the touch screen responded for a little bit after factory reset (which took four hours somehow to update the watch) I woke up this morning and it is not working again. What can I do to make this usable again? It seems like a great piece of hardware, but it's missing a lot of what I bought it for.
