thank you,

There has been a recent firmware release that may have created an issue.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also good to report back any resolution for the problem.
Thanks

Me too and I have no idea how to resolve it

Looks like becoming a common issue. I can swipe to the TODAY screen but it immediately reverts to the watch face. Perhaps something resulting from recent 'update'? Anyone got any new ideas?

This has happened to me today too. Can anyone help? I’ve reset it but the touchscreen and the button won’t bring up the main screen

This happened to me to. I have the original Versa. I can move to the "Today" screen by touching the far left side of the screen. But I cannot swipe to get to my settings or any apps. I have contacted FitBit Support & they suggested a factory reset. Did that, but it doesn't help. Then they simply wanted to offer me a discount on a new one. I don't want a new one, I want this fixed, so I am continuing to work with them to try to solve the problem.

I tried everything I could to fix this but ended up doing a Factory Reset. This worked and all back to normal for some time now.

Is there a new issue again with the current version? I have the same issue as described in other posts. Versa 2 from May21. Touchscreen not reacting or only certain areas of it.

HI @T_Stewart3 - you may be in Always On mode. press the button or double tap the screen and see if the touchscreen then works.
If so, when it's working go to the Quick Settings, pull down from the top edge once, and then again and click on the 2 white bars.
There disable the Always On, Sleep and Don not disturb icons and enable wrist wake icon.
