Hello @SunsetRunner

I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2. Just press and hold the button on the side until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will not lose any data doing a restart.
😃 Please let me know if this got up back up and running and resolved the problem

Hello again @SunsetRunner

If restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 fails to fix the issue try changing your clock face through the Fitbit app: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Try changing it back to the original clock face that came with your Versa 2 or another clock face…preferably one made by Fitbit.
😉 Keep me updated on how it goes

Hello again @SunsetRunner

Lets set you up as a new device. Follow these steps carefully. Place your Versa 2 in its charger.
1. Open your Fitbit App then tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2 . Now scroll down and tap Remove This Versa 2

2. Now go to your mobile device and on your Bluetooth find your Versa 2 on the list and tap it then tap Forget this device

3. Now Restart Your Phone

4. Open the Fitbit App and tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up A Device.

5. Tap Versa 2 in the list of Fitbit trackers.
6. Follow the online instructions. When asked if you want to replace your previous Versa 2 say yes.

😉 Please come back and let me know how it goes and it it fixed the issue.
