The "swipe" feature on my Versa 2 hasn't been working for a few days. It is totally hit and miss. I can't review the day, pull down notifications, or swipe to enter my apps or start a workout. Pretty much the watch is completely useless at this point. Alexa won't start a workout either. Anyone else having issues?
Very glitchy. I had it working for my resistance training and then it wouldn't let me complete the workout. Ugh talk about a headache
Best AnswerI would definitely reach out to Fitbit through Facebook or Twitter. They responded to my direct message quite quickly to help and they are trying to resolve the issue.
