my versa 2 adds steps to my count even when I'm not even moving those any one have this problem?

Hi @eddierubio, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the steps tracked when you were not moving, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone regarding this issue.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa 2 works properly now.
