I recently got a new fitbit versa lite. Then when i opened it for the first time and connected to my phone and updated it to the latest version, when i swiped it kind of glitched. It was not smooth. The raise to wake up function was also not fast. It would take a little time after raising. I also tried to restart it many times but the outcome was the same.
Can we fix this or do i have to return this to the store?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite's display glitches when you swipe it. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please reply to their last email so they can assist you further.
