Versa 2 transcription error

When I want to reply to a message using the voice, a transcription error is popping up and it's not letting me send voice message , and for the app I have the 4.35 version , how can I fix this problem plus?

@Elisa_09 , A warm welcome to the Community!  Thank you for your message and information. 

We released a new app update (4.36) please make sure that you have it installed. 
Then on your phone go to the settings > Apps > Fitbit App. and clear the cache. 

Restart your phone (off/on) . 

When the phone is back on, try to reply to a notification again using voice reply.

Unfortunately it doesn't show on my phone that there is an update available, and I don't have the clear ch

@Elisa_09 ,Thank you for your reply and the pictures sent. 

It might take a few days for the update to be available. For this only waiting helps. 
But for the cache. 

In the menu in the picture, tap on "data usage" there you should find the clear cache option. Do not worry. All synced data will remain saved on your account. 

Try that and when the update is available, try installing the one available.
