Versa 2 turned off happily resolved

I had a problem with my Versa 2. 
the FitBit community has been ready to solve out the problem and helping me out really quickly.

I can’t be happier about their costumer services, I really didn’t expect such an amazing job.

Really happy to hear that our Support team was able to help get back on track. As @Odyssey13 said I thank you for taking the time to let us know the team is doing a good job. This forum is for assistance but it is great to see the outcome after the issue was resolved. Hopefully you will achieve all your fitness goals for this year (even with the "added difficulty").
