I have had my Versa 2 for around 6 weeks, when I first got it I loved it but then it needed an update, ever since I just seem to be having issues ! It doesn’t track my calories the same and says I’m burning a lot less than I was, the exercise screen freezes every time I click on it and just won’t move and take forever to click what I need to, when in the middle of an exercise it just switches off the exercise mode and stops tracking and I lose the data I had in from the exercise, my messages don’t come through, I have tried re starting the watch multiple times and nothing changes! Really gutted.

Hi @Bethanyjaneeeee, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 turns off during your workouts and it doesn't track your calories burned accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
