Hi
New to Fitbit and just setting up my Versa 2 for the first time and it while things initially seemed to be going well I was asked to update the Firmware and now I get a white blank screen with a spinning wheel on my iPhone and the Fitbit has become completely unresponsive. This is a really disappointing start.
Please advise how to fix this ASAP.

@GlennE welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it became unresponsive after trying to update its firmware.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Finally, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Thanks for your response. I had to take the Fitbit out of its charging cradle and it did come back to life, this despite the setup saying that it should be first charged by placing in the cradle. Anyway, it is working, although I'm not sure if it updated or will play nicely on next update either.
Cheers
Glenn

@GlennE thank you for getting back! I'm so glad to hear that your Versa 2 is working properly. Thank you for posting the update here.
If your Versa 2 shows the clock face and your stats properly, I think that the firmware update was completed. Otherwise, your Fitbit app will show a banner stating that there is a new firmware update for your device.
For future reference, I'd like to share this help article which explains how to update your Fitbit watch step by step.
I'll be around if you have any questions! 😀
