Inaccurate sleep tracking

I’ve recently upgraded from the Versa to Versa 2, but I’m finding sleep tracking very inaccurate, is anyone else having the same problem? For example I only slept about 4 hours last night, I was actually up and about for 45 mins but it says I slept 6hrs 45mins with 40 mins awake.

Does anyone know of a solution?

@AGill88 Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Still in this case your device isn't detecting when you are awake. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
