my fitbit two screen is un responsive. The clock shows and steps but if I press the side button to go to other options it does not let me swipe up ,down , left or right and I've tried resetting multiple times but no luck.

I have a brand new Fitbit versa2 that my husband got me as a gift about two weeks ago or less and I am having the same issue. First it was the spotty Bluetooth connectivity with my phone so I only received some notifications but not all and now the screen won't respond. It's really frustrating especially as this is brand new!

Hi @GBeough, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2.is experiencing Bluetooth connectivity and screen issues. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I would like ot know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, follow the steps included in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the display turns on and your watch syncs properly.
