Versa 2 unresponsive

I have updated and synced but I still cannot move my screen from clock to apps. My screen often will not show steps either. Bought at Christmas 2019.

If your clock is keeping correct time and you can't swipe out of the clock face try this. Go to the phone app and change the clock face. If this works, change back to your clock face. This worked for me.
