I was trying to pair my versa lite to my new iPhone XR. Could not get it to pair so I tried factory reset. Now I have a red x with a circle around it and states it did not complete factory reset pair with my phone and try again. Well I can’t get it to pair with my phone to do a new factory reset. Help!

Hi @Nancyrob, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't pair with your phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed.
In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, follow the setup process again as instructed in this help page and see if it pairs with your phone properly.
